A toucan crossing across Bingley Main Street. A lane leads through to the railway station from here.

A sign for some cycle parking, although I couldn't see any outside the station where the sign is pointing. However, there is cycle parking inside the station.

No Vehicles and Cyclists Dismount on Foundry Hill leading to a toucan crossing across Main Street (at #110745). There were no such signs at the other end of the lane. A dropped kerb could also be provided.

The path to Bingley station crosses the entrance to the Aldi car park.

The path from the Waterloo Road car park ends at the Aldi car park, but another path connects across to Ferncliffe Road. Hazard tactiles have been used in place of cycleway tactiles.

The line-segregated path ends and the cycle route to the station continues through the Waterloo Road car park.

A dropped kerb at the end of the Waterloo Road car park for accessing the railway station and the cycle parking there at #110734. The path also continues to a flight of steps up to the Park Road bridge.

  • Icon 110423 Residents on this estate have been struggling to find space to lock up their bikes. We have received letters from Southwark Council asking us to remove bikes from communal areas in our building because these are a hazard, but so far no alternative provision has been offered. A simple rail tucked behind the staircase in our courtyard between Cavour and Suffield House would be really appreciated.
  • Icon 110373 There is nowhere safe and secure to park a bike in this area. I suggest Kensal Rise station and Kensal Green station as a minimum. There could also be secure parking spaces at the end of the residential streets for all the people who live in flats and have no space.
